The following section only pertains to recreational league members. Any competitive league or club is required to use Demosphere for registrations/carding - data cannot be uploaded or imported.
IMPORTANT: You must place all players on a team in your season or import in order for the invoice to populate correctly. Even if you're league does not have 'teams' in actuality, for the purposes of the system and billing you will need to place them on one. This could be as simple as placing all kids on the same team, or having one team per age group - up to you.
Once you have uploaded or synced your players/team(s), your invoice can be accessed in the State side of Demosphere, and will be sent to you as well on a quarterly basis.

Recreational coaches & OTHER IDENTIFIED ADULTS
All member recreational leagues are required to use the Demosphere // Player's Health system for coach, admin, board member and other identified adult registration in order to allow Ohio South to run a background check. Coaches should not take the field for practice or games until they are risk cleared. Once added, your league Risk Management Coordinator should verify all coaches have successfully completed the risk requirements and maintain all records. This can be done by logging into the State side of Demosphere.
Recreational leagues will be responsible for adding their coaches and other identified adults in Demosphere in a timely fashion, using the instructions below. Once added, your coaches and other identified adults will be emailed a link by Ohio South to begin their risk certification, including a background check.
You have three options: clone, manually add and upload.

Recreational coaches and other identified adults will need to use a code in Player's Health to negate the cost of their background check. This code will be provided to each league registrar for distribution and closely monitored. If you did not receive a code, please contact Steve Wood (information below).
