Ohio South has the following refund policies for camps:
ODP Centers of Excellence: If a player is registered for camp and becomes unable to attend, cancellation must be received no less than a week prior to the start of camp. If we receive notification within the time limit, we will refund the camp fee minus a $40.00 non-refundable deposit/fee.
If a player is injured, you may fax a doctor’s note to our office at 513-576-1666. We must receive the doctor’s note prior to the start of the camp. We will then refund the full camp fee.
Soccer Unlimited Individual Player Camps: If a player is registered for camp and becomes unable to attend, cancellation must be received no less than a week prior to the start of camp. If we receive notification within the time limit, we will refund the camp fee minus a $20.00 non-refundable deposit/fee.
If a player is injured, you may fax a doctor’s note to our office at 513-576-1666. We must receive the doctor’s note prior to the start of the camp. We will then refund the full camp fee.
High School Team Camp: If a player is registered for camp and becomes unable to attend, cancellation must be received no less than a week prior to the start of camp. If we receive notification within the time limit, we will refund the camp fee minus a $35.00 non-refundable deposit/fee.
