Q. What age groups will be competing in Spring 2012 for President's Cup?
A. U13-U17
Q. Can my team play up in President's Cup?
We require teams to play in their proper age division. We do not allow teams to play up.
Q. What are the scheduled event dates and locations for President's Cup?
1) If needed to get down to 16 teams, self scheduled prelim games will be played between mid March-mid April.
2) Round of 16/8 games will be played on May 5 and May 6 at Spindler Park in Hilliard.
3)Semis and Finals will be played at Hobson Freedom Park in Fairborn on May 12 and 13, 2012.

Q. What is the playing format?
All games will be played in a single elimination format.
Q. Are teams seeded for the tournament and are all teams accepted?
All teams are accepted into the tournament as long as we receive your
registration AND payment in our office by the deadline date of February 18th.
Teams are not seeded, we do a double blind draw for all teams.
Q. What are the entry fees for President's Cup?
$149.00
Q. Are there refunds if my team to decides to withdraw from the tournament?
There are no refunds if your team withdraws.
Q. Who pays the referee fees for President's Cup?
Teams will split the cost of referees for any preliminary self schedule games. Ohio South will pay for all Round of 16 through Finals games.
Q. If we have a preliminary game, how much do we pay the referees?
U13 and U14 Total Referee Fee is $88.00. Each team pays $44.00 ($18/$13/$13)
U15 and U16 Total Referee Fee is $100.00. Each team pays $50.00 ($20/$15/$15)
U17 Total Referee Fee is $118.00. Each team pays $59.00 ($23/$18/$18)
Q. How do we schedule referees for any self scheduled preliminary game of President's Cup?
We will have a link posted where you will submit your referee request.
More information will be given at a later date.
Q. Who is responsible for scheduling the field for our self scheduled preliminary game?
The home team is the team on top of the bracket. They are responsible for obtaining the field and paying any applicable field fees. It is best to work through your club in order to schedule field time. If two teams decide to meet at a neutral location, the home team has given up home field advantage and will not be responsible for paying the full field rental.
Q. Are guest players allowed in the President's Cup tournament?
We do not allow guest players at the Ohio South President's Cup tournament. If your team advances to the Regional President's Cup tournament, they will allow guest players.
Q. If my team wins President's Cup, are we required to go the Regional Championships in Kansas?
Yes, if your team plays in the U13-U17 Ohio South President's Cup, the
champion is required to play in the Regional President's Cup Championships on
June 14-17 in Overland Park, Kansas.
Q. What forms are required for our President's Cup games?
All forms needed will be posted on the President's Cup Forms page.

Q. Can my team play in both the State Cup and President's Cup?
No, teams may only play in one event because they run simultaneously.
Q. Can we request our President's Cup games for the Round of 16/8 or Semis and Finals to be moved to a different time and/or location?
We do not honor requests to change times and/or locations for President's Cup.
The only time we will make a change is due to field or location issues with our site.
