Ohio South is proud to announce the Girls & Boys named to the 2008-2009 Regional Pool.

Please note that players who live outside of Ohio South may participate in Ohio South’s ODP training upon written approval of the Director of Coaching of their state association of residence and acceptance by Ohio South. Out of state players will not be selected to attend US Youth Soccer's Regional ODP Camp. Also note, that players born in 1998 may participate in the Ohio South ODP training program. Players born in 1998 are not eligible to attend US Youth Soccer's Regional ODP Camp.

ODP Coaching and Evaluator Application (PDF)

Congratulations to Brett Thompson, OSYSA Director of Coaching upon being named US Youth Soccer Region 2 Girls ODP Head Coach.
Brett will be responsible for the Regional Staff development and the selection of players from the 14 states in Region 2 advancing to the Regional ODP Pool. Brett will continue with all of his responsibilites as OSYSA Director of Coaching.

About the Olympic Development Program...
The Ohio South Olympic Development Program was created to foster the development of young players at all ages. Players initially compete at the District Level and then advance to State Team Tryouts. Those players who are selected to the Ohio South State Team then compete at the Regional level. Players selected to the Regional Team represent Region II at the National Level.
