UPS, ETC). YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TAPE. IF TAPE IS LOST, STOLEN OR
DAMAGED, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE REPLACEMENT COST OF THE TAPE.

THERE IS NO RENTAL FEE. (COST
OF RETURN TO BE PAID BY BORROWER).
