Ohio South Camp Refund Policy

 

Ohio South has the following refund policies for camps:

 

ODP Centers of Excellence - If a player is registered for camp and becomes unable to attend, cancellation must be received no less than a week prior to the start of camp.  If we receive notification within the time limit, we will refund the camp fee minus a $40.00 non-refundable deposit/fee. 

If a player is injured, you may fax a doctor’s note to our office at 513-576-1666.  We must receive the doctor’s note prior to the start of the camp.  We will then refund the full camp fee.

 

Soccer Unlimited Individual Player Camps- If a player is registered for camp and becomes unable to attend, cancellation must be received no less than a week prior to the start of camp.  If we receive notification within the time limit, we will refund the camp fee minus a $20.00 non-refundable deposit/fee.  

If a player is injured, you may fax a doctor’s note to our office at 513-576-1666.  We must receive the doctor’s note prior to the start of the camp.  We will then refund the full camp fee.

 

Game On! Academy & Summer Camp- If a player is registered for camp and becomes unable to attend, cancellation must be received no less than a week prior to the start of camp.  If we receive notification within the time limit, we will refund the camp fee minus a $25.00 non-refundable deposit/fee. 

If a player is injured, you may fax a doctor’s note to our office at 513-576-1666.  We must receive the doctor’s note prior to the start of the camp.  We will then refund the full camp fee.

 

Residential Camps- If a player is registered for camp and becomes unable to attend, cancellation must be received no less than two weeks prior to the start of camp.  If we receive notification within the time limit, we will refund the camp fee minus a $100.00 non-refundable deposit/fee. 

If a player is injured, you may fax a doctor’s note to our office at 513-576-1666.  We must receive the doctor’s note at least two weeks prior to the start of the camp.  If we receive the doctor’s note at least two weeks prior to the start of camp, we will refund your full camp fee. If we receive your doctor’s note less than two weeks prior to camp, we will only be able to refund your camp fee minus the $100.00 non-refundable deposit/fee.

 

High School Team Camp- If a player is registered for camp and becomes unable to attend, cancellation must be received no less than a week prior to the start of camp.  If we receive notification within the time limit, we will refund the camp fee minus a $35.00 non-refundable deposit/fee. 

If a player is injured, you may fax a doctor’s note to our office at 513-576-1666.  We must receive the doctor’s note prior to the start of the camp.  We will then refund the full camp fee.
