Rules of Borrowing:

1. ONLY ONE TAPE PER FAMILY AT ANY ONE TIME.
2. FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. THESE TAPES MAY NOT BE COPIED.
3. IF YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN THE TAPE BY MAIL, YOU MUST SEND IT BY A TRACKING SYSTEM SERVICE (ie: FED EX, UPS, ETC). YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TAPE. IF TAPE IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE REPLACEMENT COST OF THE TAPE.
4. DO NOT PLAY ON ANY DEFECTIVE VCR EQUIPMENT.
5. THERE IS NO RENTAL FEE. (COST OF RETURN TO BE PAID BY BORROWER).
6. CREDIT CARD NUMBER MUST BE FURNISHED AT TIME OF REQUEST. BORROWER WILL BE CHARGED $10.00 IF TAPE IS NOT RETURNED WITHIN ONE WEEK. AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $5.00 EACH WEEK WILL BE CHARGED UNTIL TAPE IS RETURNED.
7. WE (OHIO SOUTH) RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT AND/OR REVOKE YOUR PRIVLEDGES FOR NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES OF BORROWING.
