Duties
1. 4-6 training sessions a week (60-90 minutes) during the Fall and Spring Seasons (9 weeks in August-October and March-May)
2. 3-4 training sessions a week (60 minutes) during the winter training program (8 weeks in Jan/Feb)
3. Evaluate games in the Fall and Spring seasons (written evaluation of players, team, coaching staff)
4. Attend staff meetings
5. Participate in tryouts for age groups covering and if possible one year older in the transition process.
