BSA Celtic Soccer Club looking for Director of Coaching- Posted 1/10/12
The BSA Celtic Soccer Club located in Beavercreek, Ohio is currently searching for a Director of Coaching (DOC) to help lead our U8 to U14 Club.

The DOC position will be responsible for leading and developing the coaching staff of our 35 plus team organization and our developmental academy. In addition to the DOC responsibilities, this individual will oversee our Club training program that runs during the fall and spring seasons, help make directional and philosophical decisions with the Club, and be a key leader for our program.

The ideal candidates will have played competitively at the collegiate level, or higher, and obtained the appropriate professional certifications to lead a youth soccer organization in both the coaching and training aspects of the Club with a minimum of a C License or equivalent. Prior experience as a DOC or Director of Training is a plus.

The BSA Celtic Soccer Club is a community based program that draws players from all over the Miami Valley and consistently fields top level teams that compete in the MVYSA, BPL and MRL leagues. The philosophy of the Club is develop players at all levels of skill in order improve each individual both physically and mentally. The Club strives to provide select soccer opportunities for all players and families that desire to participate in the organization. The Celtic home fields are located at the John Ankeney Soccer Complex that consists of more than 30 irrigated fields. The Club hosts the annual Haunted Classic Tournament in the fall.
