ODP Refund Policy

Fall District Training Refund Policy:
Ohio South will honor and issue refunds for the Fall District Training sessions if requested before October 10th.  After October 10th, all requests must be accompanied by a doctor's note in order to receive a refund for the Fall session.  Requests must be received prior to the start of Fall District Training.

Spring District Training Refund Policy:
Requests for refunds for the Spring District Training will be honored up until February 27th.  After that date, all requests must be accompanied by a doctor's note prior to spring training in order to receive a refund.  

State Pool Training Refund Policy:
There will be no refunds issued for the State Training fee.  

Regional Camp Fee and Camp Deposit Refund Policy:
Requests for Regional Camp refunds will be honored up until June 13.  Refund checks will be processed the week of July 5th for all players that do not advance to Regional Camp. 
*Any player who is selected after the June 20 sessions, but then becomes unable or chooses not to attend regional camp, will be refunded their camp deposit minus a  125.00 cancellation fee.  That $125.00 will be applied toward the alternate's fee who is chosen to go in their place.  If an alternate cannot be found to replace the team player, that team player's camp deposit will then be forfeited.
