Registration and Payments

• Spring District Training Payment Form -This is for players who were selected to advance from the Fall sessions.  You may either submit with a credit card online or mail your player's form in with a check.

Note: February 12th is the last day for the early bird spring rate!!!!! 

• ODP Printable New Player Registration Form-Please only fill this out and mail it in if you have not yet registered for the 2009-2010 ODP Seasonal Year.
