An assessment is a
valuable tool for a referee to obtain an outside opinion of his/her referee
skills and capabilities. It is a
positive experience where reinforcement is given for desired skills and
suggestions for alternative tactics are given for potential problems. MOSSL referees can obtain an assessment on
any MOSSL game upon request prior to the match.
Assessments are
required for referees wanting to advance or upgrade to higher levels.
